We are a home based bakery located in Elk Grove, Ca.
Do you offer shipping?
No. CFO’s (Cottage Food Operations) are limited to local transactions. Meaning transactions with in the state of California must be made in person and delivered to the consumer or picked up by the consumer from the CFO. CFO may not deliver any product through US mail, UPS, or FedEX or any other third-party delivery system. CFO’s may advertise and accept payments via the internet or phone.
How do I place an order?
For custom orders please use the “Custom order request” button found on the home page. Once I receive your request, and I have availability I will follow up with a PayPal invoice reflecting your total. If I do not have availability, I will send an email to inform you. You then will have 48 hours to reply with a deposit or payment in full. Please note, all requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until an invoice is sent and a deposit is received.
Do you offer vegan/gluten free cookies?
Not at this time. We hope to expand our cookie flavor options and products in the future with gluten free and vegan cookies being one of them. Our kitchen is not gluten and nut free.
How much time is needed to submit a request for a custom order?
It’s never too early to secure your order! Depending on the time of year we can be booked out 1-2 months in advance. We request at least two weeks lead time to ensure proper planning for your order. On occasion if availability allows an exception can be made. All orders submitted with 7 days or less notice will result in a $25 rush fee
